How much is charged at checkout?
We charge a $20 refundable security deposit at checkout and the rest will be due on the day of the event.
Do you deliver?
Yes! Currently we only do deliveries.
Where do you deliver?
We primarily deliver in Kalamazoo, MI. However, we can deliver to surrounding counties for an additional delivery fee.
What is your cancellation policy?
Contact us if you would like to cancel or reschedule your booking. The $20 security deposit will be charged for canceling a booking.
For inflatables used outdoor, if bad weather occurs or if winds exceed 15mph we will contact you about rescheduling or canceling your booking. (No fees for cancelling or rescheduling due to bad weather.)
